Jorge and his team are extremely talented and a very knowledgeable crew. Always on point with their workmanship and hard working attitude towards providing the highest quality of services for their customers. Excellent and friendly staff, their outstanding customer service is top notch in the Chicagoland region. Strongly recommend this auto shop for anyone looking to repair or upgrade their vehicle. No jobs are complex and their craftsmanship are best in the business! 10 out of 10 - Get there!

Well, I had gone here a few times and the only thing that remains the same is there lack of professionalism. They quoted me a price, then raised the price after parts had already been installed. They quoted me a timeline, and then went past that timeline with no communication. I had to uber to the shop multiple times to check on my vehicle because they never upheld there timeline. Was only supppsed to take a day and at the end of that day I had to show up for them to tell me the car wasn’t ready. Waste of money. No only did they not waste my time, and energy. They didn’t even do a good job. I had to go to another shop to fix what they messed up. The lady at the front, has no clue what she is doing. She messed up the quote and Jorge, got into a screaming match with me because he wanted to get his way. There is no customer service here. I will NEVER be going to this clown shop again. To top it all off, they didn’t even install the parts themselves, they took it to another shop and payed them to install it. If you go here for anything other then stereos, your screwed. This establishment should not be called “stereo PLUS”

This place is terrible! They treat customers like trash and they do not honor their products when they fail...and they WILL fail! Within the first year, the alarm system my Husband had put on my car failed. Luckily, I had my receipt. Now, the substandard replacement has already broke on its own. We hang our keys, we do not bang them around or mishandle them. Yet, my Husband was treated like garbage after being a customer since 1996! We will NEVER go back! They have become too comfortable and treat customers with no care at all. They install garbage alarm systems that break often. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY ARE TERRIBLE BUSINESSMEN! This key fob was faulty and now, we had to eat the cost! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STEREO PLUS YOU WILL LOSE MONEY, GET TREATED LIKE CRAP, AND REGRET YOU EVER SHOPPED THERE!

I absolutely love this place. They do great work!!!! I had my windows tinted and my stereo system installed here. They do quality work at a super reasonable price. Not only do they install audio and tint windows, they also do body work and a bunch of other auto mechanical services as well. I will definitely be going back to them again! I strongly recommend anyone looking to get anything done to their vehicle to definitely use these guys for sure. They also do a lot of custom work as well and from what I seen it is extremely professional. If I can give this place more than a five-star review I totally would because they deserve a lot more than five stars.

Had work done to my rocker panels and the parts he fixed look good but they missed up everything around what they fixed as you can see in the phones. Took it back because the running boards was loose and one side actually fell down soon it was used to stand on entering the truck. This man know how picky I am an still botched the job. They cut all the corners to get the work done and it come out looking like and working like shh. This the type of spot you would have to pay twice once for him to mess it up and again for someone else to do it right. On my truck nothing is lined up the way its supposed be I'm sure it will be back rusting in the next season if I don't pay someone to do it right.
